Missile killed 2 in Poland, what happened
Yesterday, a Russian-built rocket crashed into the Polish village of Przewodow. 2 people lost their lives. What actually happened is currently unclear. The missile is manufactured in Russia. At the same time, the US says that the rocket was unlikely to have been launched from Russia. Belarus or the occupied territories of Ukraine are likely places the rocket came from.
Accident or a proven provocation?

The questions are many and the answers so far few. Several things indicate that the missile fell in Poland by accident, or that the missile was shot down by Ukrainian air defense and fell in Poland. There was heavy Russian missile attack all over Ukraine all day as Poland got to taste the horrors of war. In the event of a proven action by Russia, it remains to be seen what NATO’s reaction will be. Perhaps a kind of follow-up to the explosion of the gas pipeline in the Baltic some time ago. It is important for Russia to know how far they can go before there is a strong reaction from NATO. The next step could, for example, be the bombing of Western arms deliveries to Ukraine on NATO territories if the reaction is mild.
Missile intended for Lutsk or Lviv
The village of Przewodow is located on the border between Poland and Ukraine, on Polish territory. The village is between the cities of Lutsk and Lviv. This missile may aim to hit one of these cities. Russia seems to have given up hitting Ukrainian military facilities with its airstrikes, these are now directed at infrastructure and civilians.
This is an escalation of the war that could draw NATO closer to the active use of military forces. The western parts of Ukraine have been less exposed to Russian rockets than the south, east and around Kyiv. It is likely that the rocket came from Belarus. From Belarus, areas near Kyiv have been systematically bombed.
