Missile attack on Dnipro, proven or total failure?

Missile attack on Dnipro, proven or total failure?

Yesterday, Ukraine was once again exposed to missile attacks across the country. The worst was beyond Dnipro, where a large Russian missile hit a block of flats. It is not the first time that civilian areas in Dnipro have been hit by Russian missiles. The question is whether this is a proven act, that they are actually targeting civilians or whether this is another example of lousy Russian “precision weapons”.

War crime

Vladimir Putin

Most likely this is a new war crime committed by Russia in Ukraine. When civilian targets are hit, it is clearly a war crime. Is it a question of a Russian missile that was meant to hit a power plant approx 5 kilometers from where the rocket hit, it is also probably a war crime. Hitting a power plant in that way has little military significance and is primarily aimed at the civilian population. Freezing Ukraine to weaken the resistance is clearly a strategy Russia is using. But it affects the civilian population and can be described as war crimes.

Putin seems to be getting more and more desperate. We constantly see the willingness to use the most brutal measures against the civilian population. It is important with all the arms support Ukraine can get.

Missile attack on Ukraine without precision?

If it is the Russian weapons systems that are so imprecise that they constantly hit civilian targets, it is a declaration of bankruptcy for the Russian arms industry.

The totalitarian regime in Moscow continues to appear as an heir to a similar regime that we saw in Germany from the 1930s to 1945. That regime led to the downfall of Germany. Putin’s regime will be the final fall for the dream of rebuilding the Soviet empire.
